Free shipping on every order

All prices on our site are delivered prices. Shipping is included, so the price you see is the price you pay. No freight charges are added at checkout.

Processing and ship times

Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on a business day ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the following business day. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

How your order ships

Our shelving is made to order in the USA and ships directly from our manufacturing partner. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the continental United States.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at shipping@usaais.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will make it right. If a shipment is lost in transit, reach out and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
